Why use Cement Sheet?
Cement Sheet is an alternative material for use specifically in wet areas. Our Cement Sheet system is manufactured from Hardie’s compressed fibre cement.
Cubicles manufactured using Cement Sheet are finished in a one-colour satin or stipple two-pack polyurethane paint system from the Dulux Master Pallet range.
Materials
Cement Sheet is available in 18mm Hardie’s compressed fibre cement.

Sizes and configurations
Typical standard toilet cubicle size is 900mm wide x 1540mm deep overall. For showers, this depth can be extended to 1840mm overall with the inclusion of a wing wall and shower seat.
The Cement Sheet system can also be manufactured to suit non-standard sizes, in accordance with design or building requirements.
The Cement Sheet system is set 200mm above the finished floor level with the exception of the frontal blades which will be fixed on two concealed brass dowels at the finished floor level. Alternatively, the frontal blades can be fixed on a 200mm aluminium leg.
Cubicle divisions and doors finished at 1800mm high with frontals and nibs finishing 2000mm high.
