Education
Flush Partitions has been commissioned to construct new toilet and shower cubicles and/or upgrade existing cubicles for more than 100 public primary and secondary schools, as part of the Australian Government’s Building Education Revolution. We have also worked on numerous tertiary education institution projects.
The system-of-choice for most primary and secondary schools is our Squareline system, chosen for its strength and durability in high traffic areas and its value for money.
Our Streamline system, which is similar to Squareline but with an aluminium frontal replacing the standard frontal blades, and providing an added design element to the overall ‘look’ of the cubicle, is also a popular choice.

Flush Partitions was pleased to be chosen by major-projects construction company, Grocon, to supply toilet and shower cubicles for the $267.5m AAMI Park development, the new home to Victoria’s burgeoning rugby and soccer codes.
With seating for 30,050, as well as public dining rooms, cafes and entertainment areas, the public amenities required for this major sporting arena were significant. The toilet and shower cubicle requirements included 300 toilets and 86 showers over three levels covering public, player and corporate areas.
Our Streamline system was chosen for its attractiveness as well as its strength and durability in high traffic areas. Streamline features an aluminium frontal, which replaces the standard frontal blades, providing an added design element to the overall ‘look’ of the cubicle.
The Laminex Innovations range was chosen as the material for the corporate areas, which was supplied in 13mm Compact Laminate in Electro Pearl.
Laminex 18mm MR board was the material of choice for the player and public areas, with 13mm Compact Laminate for the players’ showers supplied in White throughout.

Melbourne Airport T2 Extension
Flush Partitions supplied cubicles to John Holland Constructions as part of the construction of the Melbourne Airport T2 extension.
Working under tight security restrictions over a two-year period, we supplied 29 toilet and four shower cubicles to the public areas in the international departures terminal.
Our Squareline system was chosen by the architects due to the high traffic that would flow through the building, and this hard-wearing and durable system’s ability to withstand tough treatment from the public
The system was supplied in 13mm in Corian® Silver Birch for the doors and Corian® Dove for the partitions. Hobs and mirror surrounds were supplied in Corian® Bronze Patina.
Corian® is an innovative product being used in some cubicle applications. Corian® is durable and practical and, being made from natural minerals and high-performance acrylic, is non-porous and resistant to stains and bacteria. Corian® also meets the international Greenguard standard, proving its low level of volatile organic compound (VOC).

Royal Children’s Hospital
Flush Partitions was contracted by Lend Lease to supply toilet and shower cubicles as part of the redevelopment of the $94.6m Royal Children’s Hospital building project.
In total, we supplied 157 toilet cubicles, 51 shower cubicles and 16 modesty screens across two buildings of five levels each, covering public and administration areas and wards. The project took 12 months to complete.
Our flagship system, Premium, was chosen for its strength and durability and its attractive appearance. The system was supplied in 33mm MR board in Oyster Linea for the toilet cubicles and 13mm Compact Laminate, also in Oyster Linea, for the shower cubicles.
